Our first session is really about building rapport and getting to know each other. It’s a space for you to share what’s brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you might have. You’ll get a feel for how I work, while I get a sense of what kind of support might be most helpful. Most importantly, it’s a chance to see whether this feels like the right space for you.

Virtual sessions are similar to in-person ones, just held over a secure video platform. You can attend at the comfort of your home or any private space you feel comfortable in.

Appointments can be cancelled online using the link in your confirmation email. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.

I am out-of-network with insurance providers, which means I do not accept insurance directly, and session fees are out-of-pocket.
